Born and raised in Mansfield, Texas, Natalie never envisioned a career in the hair industry. However, after enrolling in cosmetology school right after high school, she quickly found her passion for hair and connecting with people. With 17 years of experience under her belt, she yearned to advance her career and establish a nurturing space where stylists could unleash their creativity and feel a sense of belonging. Becoming a co-owner of Marigold alongside Carrie perfectly aligned with her vision. Together, Natalie and Carrie share a passion for fostering a harmonious work environment and ensuring clients leave with an extraordinary experience that boosts their confidence and beauty. Natalie's dedication to her craft is evident through her continued education at prestigious academies such as the Nick Arrojo Academy in New York City to perfect razor cuts, received hands-on experience at Salon 901 in Los Angeles for lived-in blonding techniques, attended the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Seattle for precision cutting, and completed an in-depth color chemistry course with True Color, among other achievements. Whether you’re looking for blonding, vivids, color services, precision haircuts, or razor cuts, Natalie is equipped to help you achieve your desired look. When she’s not working, she enjoys quality time with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

ALICIA

Hola! I’m Alicia, but you can call me Leecee if you like. I’ve been a hairstylist for 6 years and counting, but I’ve been in the industry since about 2008. I’ve always been artsy fartsy whether it’s painting or tyedying clothes, it’s only fitting that I now do hair. I’ve had a longtime love affair with long locks, of my own and now on my clients. I enjoy doing all hair types and absolutely love doing a good highlight pull!! Low maintenance and high contrasts are my jams. I am also trained and certified in curly cuts & Bellami extensions. Outside of my career, I’m a full time mom to 4 amazing kiddos and have an amazing boyfriend, all of whom keep me on my toes. I’m an animal lover and have one Shiba Inu named Pippa. Originally from El Paso, Texas, I discovered my passion for the world of hair while working the front desk and working my way up to assisting stylists. While attending hair school, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the inside out. As a wife and parent myself, I understand the importance of self-care and strive to create an enjoyable experience for my valued clients. I thrive on mastering cutting-edge techniques, Brazilian Blowouts and a wide range of color services, from root touch-ups to balayage. Embracing new challenges is my constant motivation as I continue to deliver excellent service to my clientele. I look forward and hope to see you in my chair soon!

TAYLOR

Growing up, Taylor always had her nose in the arts. She often found herself cutting the hair on her Barbie dolls, painting her dad’s toenails, or digging through her older sister’s makeup bag. If it involved coloring or making things look pretty, Taylor wanted every part of it. In high school she took advanced art classes and enjoyed drawing, painting and mixed media but it wasn’t until she joined our front desk team that she fell in love with a different type of art; hair. After a couple of years she finally worked up the courage to enroll at Paul Mitchell the school. Taylor enjoys creating edgy looks with fashion colors and often uses music as her inspiration. But don’t let her edgy look fool you! Taylor also loves creating natural looks using balayage and color melting. Taylor is certified in the American Wave perm technique. This technique gives the hair a beachy beautiful wave. She is also Deva Curl certified.

MICHELLE

Coming from Houston, Michelle began her hair styling career in 1994 and has attended the prestigious Vidal Sasoon school in London for hair cutting and is also Brazilian Blowout certified. Long layered cuts are a specialty of Michelle’s and with her expertise a subtle or dramatic change can be achieved. She is committed to client excellence and satisfaction and will recommend options to help you discover a “new you.” Michelle loves color correction challenges. Her combined technical and problem solving expertise will assist you in finding just the right hair color to make you look your best. For hair emergencies, the number of appointments needed and price quotes can be provided during a consultation with Michelle. Michelle is Deva Curl and Rezo certified.

Hi! I’m Jessica. I'm a mother of two with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry throughout DFW in various roles. I started by sweeping hair when i was 12, then shortly after achieving my cosmetology license did a little barbering, and now I found my passion in a full-service salon, where I specialize in men's and women’s custom cuts. I love my job and my guest, My goal is to educate my guests on the latest styling trends, pay attention to detail, provide a great experience, and leave all my guest happy and satisfied! The best days are spent with good hair, cold beer, and a good laugh!
